Governments and municipalities have financial budgetary problems of a short and long term nature.

Our strategy to quickly address municipal financial conditions is to change the relationship between the community and its Broadband and Cable television provider to create new sources of municipal revenue.

We do this by helping the municipality create new public private partnership agreements with the providers. The current and existing relationship is guided by franchise agreements developed a generation ago and addressed a very narrow range of video services. Subsequent revisions and regulatory changes have not changed the substance of the agreement developed in a different era.

Existing Franchise Agreements and the inherent relationships have not allowed any evolution to keep pace with the technological, operational and financial changes implemented by, and benefitting the Broadband and Cable television provider that operates in your community.

The typical Municipal and provider relationship can be described as good, certainly less problematic than years and decades past.

Our conclusion is Good is not Good enough, particularly when Great is possible and evolution is necessary; particularly given the history and success of the providers, and the precarious financial conditions of cities, states, counties, towns and townships across the country.
